"the directory for vacation property rental worldwide" home | links | disclaimer Cornish Traditional Cottages has been providing quality holiday accommodation in Cornwall for 38 years, originally starting by buying derelict coastal cottages, renovating, and letting them.  Gradually others saw our success and asked us to market their cottages.  We only take on properties which meet our high standards, we re-inspect our 400 properties annually, and we send our visitors a questionnaire after their holiday.  In this way we are able to carefully monitor them throughout the year.  When we started all of them were "traditional" however since then our need to satisfy demand means that we also take on bungalows, houses and a very few flats.  Our properties range from single bedrooms sleeping 2 to six bedrooms sleeping 12 and all are in good holiday locations many with sea views.  We restrict ourselves to Cornwall which we know well, our offices are centrally based in the County, and we have a member of staff operating our telephones after hours daily until 9pm. Our aim has always been to provide comfortable, value for money, self catering accommodation and judging by the thousands who return to our accommodation each year or who come because of recommendations we must be doing something right.
